Yes. Remove this screw and you can pull the leg right off. Repeat on the other side.

I'm too lazy to bother... Can't be bothered unscrewing those dozen or so screws, some of which can be real hard to loosen up. I just rip them off with my bare hands and saw off any remaining bits...

However, as a general rule you want to make your guns as loud as possible to scare the shit out of people, and it also gives you a bigger e-penis.

No power mods, it's more about eye-candy to me...
I did take a LS apart once, and that was a total exercise in frustration with all those screws and some real stubborn ones too!
