With all my lurking on nerf haven i have seen plenty of breeches. The breeches consisted of cpvc and brass or cpvc and ptg but all have to work with is cpvc so i put something together with what i had.
All i had to work with was 1/2 inch cpvc and 3/4 inch cpvc so i did my best and this is what i ended up with.

Sorry about the tape. The cream color was getting to me. first i cut the breech opening into the 3/4 cpvc like most breeches. Then i took a 2 1/2 inch piece of 1/2 inch cpvc and inserted a little bit past the breech opening

then i took my actual barrel piece and because 1/2 doesn't fit tightly into 3/4 i applied e tape and a layer of masking tape to make it fit tight into the 3/4 in two places but it is tighter where it meets the smaller piece of cpvc that goes into the coupler (the 2 1/2 piece i mentioned earlier)
I added another piece of 3/4 cpvc at the end of the barrel as a handle. i made this without any measurements just lining up parts and making marks with a sharpie. this was originally a experiment and i wasn't expecting good ranges but it got 100' with an unpluged lanard blast bazooka, or at least i think that is what it is called. I got the same ranges as i do with a solid piece of cpvc barrel and just as accurate. my darts are bad so the range can't be trusted all that well but it is good for a breech that was made without any real planning or measurement.

I've made plenty of all-plastic ones. I've made a handful of these using 1/2 SCH40 PVC + 3/4 SCH40 PVC, and will be making even more soon.

Sorry, I tried my best but I missed some I's and i didn't know that materials had to be capitalized. I'm used to MS word. Also it is not a matter of all plastic, i don't have access to materials like PETG. I only have either PVC or CPVC and a very limited selection of fittings so I made a breech with more common materials that you don't have to mail order from people like onemanclan(forgot if it was capitalized or not). but i will re-read the board rules just to make you happy.
