Okay, I can't seem to get the personal pic up what might I be doing wrong? Am I making the pic to small cause when I put my pic on it doesn't give me an error or anything. Is my pic to wide or to short.

A personal picture is different from an avatar. When people click on your name it will show your picture.
Im guessing thats the pic you wanted as your avatar.

Only contributors and site admins recieve personal avatars. If you want one you'll have to submit material for publication on the site. If 5 of your items of ample length are accepted and published you are eligible for a personal avatar.

Naw, im just playin'. Maybe, lie tripod, the place hosting your pics doesnt let other places hoost them...for example, tripod's way of doing this would be "mage hosted by tripod, and this place expresses it by "X"

You can upload a Personal Photo and it is displayed in your profile page. Which I see you have done.
You can not upload Avatars - which are displayed under your name when you post. NH only allows you to use the built-in selection of Avatars.
