Bbb Barrel Length

Your best bet to find the best length is to add 12" of your barrel material, take a range test, snip off an inch, take a range test, and repeat. You obviously stop cutting when you see a decrease in range. If you're using a cheap barrel material like CPVC or PETG, you could just get a new piece to cut it back to the best length (if your last cut made the ranges drop).
On the other hand, the guy who posted before me used the word 'fuck' a lot so he probably knows what he's talking about.

oops sorry not stock bbb darts, I meant normal Nerf DartsIf you're using stock darts then anything more than the length of the dart is overkill and dead space.

See, I use an 8" barrel on my BBB because I have a nice size spring added. How can you suggest 6" without knowing the dart fit or spring?6"

It doesn't matter which you mean, you still shouldn't make the barrel longer than the length of the stock dart.
