1/2" CPVC works well with stock darts on spring guns.

I believe Sch 40 1/2" fits the dart heads of velcros and micros.

Take your darts to the hardware store your purchasing from, too. Maybe you'll find a new barrel material!

I took to just a local hardware store and put the dart in each piece of pvc The smallest they had was 1/2 inch pvc not cpvc.

Home Depot might have odd sizes for cpvc. I took a stefan made of their foam, a stock tagger dart and a stock whistler dart and all of them were so tight that they couldn't fit in. where does everyone else get cpvc?

I get mine from Lowes, as a general rule the carry thinner-waller piping than other stores. For example, I can use their 1/2" PVC as 1/2" CPVC couplers.

Check out the Guide To Barrel Material thread. It has lists of suppliers, both online and down-the-street.

I buy my CPVC at Lowe's in NJ. They usually have a pretty good amount of 5ft poles of 1/2" CPVC as well as various couplers.

I personally prefer to buy my cpvc at Menard's. They always have tons of the stuff. If you are near a Menard's, I recommend going there first.

I disagree. Ace is definetly the way to go. Cheaper prices, better selection, and they have dudes there that can cut the 1/2" cpvc right in the store, unlike at Lowes or Home Depot where you practically have to chase someone down to get assistance.
