I bought a Vulcan from a friend and it shot ok for one time (jammed a little) but then when I tried it again it just didn't work at all! I think the problem is the rotary part that advances the chain/belt is broken or it is stuck, because it will not pull the chain through. I think I have heard others have this problem but I wanted to know if that is all it is and or how to fix it. I did not want to buy it and have that money go to waste. I could sell it if I can't figure something else so somebody else could fix it.

Thank you, RedShot.

Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together!

It happens to a lot of people and not many can fix it,but there are multiple ways that it can break that way so of course there are multiple ways to fix it.

Ok but do you know how to fix the actual rotary thing? All you told me is that it happens to a lot of people. Sorry but that does not really help.

And you point is...??? If you are going to post, help him with his problem.

On Topic: I bought one from a friend too and it didn't advance, so I opened it up, almost breaking it, and saw that there was something jammed in it. I think it was a rock, but I found out it came through a hole near the advancing mech. And yes, I did know the risk of opening a Vulcan up.

Yeah I realize that now I hate my vulcan and want to sell it really bad! I have the BBB on my wish list this will probably be my next gun. I heard that it is easy to mod also. I want to get a NIB red one 'hence the name'.

If you had the right tools, you could try to make a replacement out of metal. . .
