You should put "NOT REAL FIREARMS. THESE ARE NOT MODIFIED TO FIRE ANYTHING LETHAL NOR CAN THEY BE MODIFIED TO FIRE ANYTHING LETHAL. THESE ARE TOYS"
In bold and red, to stress the Toy part, eBay's strict on guns. You might also want to add some removable orange tape to the barrel tips and retake the pictures to be safe.
