Yesterday, I went to my local sports shop and aquired a pistol splat. I couplered the gun so it can shoot stefans. Unfortunately, when I primed it once after playing around with it, the priming handle got stuck and it did not go back down. So I opened the gun back up and everything flew out and the part that the catch's metal rod goes into broke off the shell of gun. First, I hot glued it back on and tried to work it out and it still did catch, but flew off again after priming it some more. I was just wondering which glue would be the best for this job.
- Super glue
- Gorilla Glue
- Epoxy (for PVC)

By the way, is it a good idea to fill the donut like hole on the top of the plunger?

I would use super glue. I think super glue would be able to hold that piece in. Epoxy is more for larger things in my opinion.

I say just use epoxy for just about everything. And the gap in the plunger head I would reccomend filling it with goop. Also, make sure to lube every moving part and to add another catch spring.

If you want to reduce the dead space on the plunger by gluing the 'donut like hole', use a glue that is not rigid when it is dry. I used some 3D craft glue. It is not very strong but is very elasticy. It was perfect for the job. Having said all that, it makes absolutely no difference to the range.

Post up some pictures. There are different types of adhesives/fillers for different kinds of breaks, but we need pictures to determine which will work. And please make them in focus.
