One thing lead to another, and I ended up putting it, a constant-sound siren, and a constant-sound buzzer in a Nitefinder.
Everything is controlled by a 9-volt in the original battery slot. I rigged it so you can replace the battery via the original slot, without having to open the entire shell. The battery cover still fits on as well.
Other mods are pretty standard, double springed, reinforced, and ½” coupled CPVC barrel.
The siren is wired both to a momentary switch, allowing Morse code, if anyone actually knows Morse code anymore, and the large switch on top for a constant squeal.
On the other side, the buzzer is wired to the switch closest to the trigger, and the LEDs individual colors to the three switches at the front, allowing you to control each color.
Ranges are pretty standard at around 60-70 feet.
I dont think a full write-up is really necessary, for a number of reasons, including if you actually WANT to do this, it's pretty easy to figure out just by looking at it.
