Since the SOF people shit the bed, I thought I might pick up the slack and add some nerf to my summer travel plans. If I were to host a war the last weekend in July, probably at this location, would anyone be down for that?

Edit: I will be in Boston the LAST weekend in July, which is the weekend of the 25th.
This thread is about me hosting a war while I'm traveling to the Boston area from New Jersey for my summer vacation. I will be traveling with my Girlfriend (user Pam_Isley), who is an avid nerfer, and possibly Jlego of the LGLF. If you can't do that weekend in the Boston area, I can't really help you, my travel plans are not flexible. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear earlier.

Yeah, I would be there, but if you would like to travel a bit farther up to maine we could probably get a bigger war. Right not in Maine we are having a 13+ participant war.

I would love to, but I'm otherwise obligated on the weekend of the 11th, and I already have other plans for spending time in Boston doing non-nerf things on the fourth weekend in July, so I can't stray far from there.

Who's been to a war in that area before? Is this a good location?

Ok so can send this out to the group of people that went to the SSGC Game which was around 46 folks. It should be fine as long as we don't harrass the other folks down there.

I am busy on the 18th and if you actully read the other war threads around you would know that MenWar2 is on that date. How about a different date.

Fenix uses the Salem State College field, you should PM him about seeing if he can get it for you, I'm sure it's a pretty bitchin spot.

I also use the pine banks field which is the best for short notice.

Ok I can get the Pine banks field for the 25th. I'll send an open invite to the folks that came to the game at the school. Be for warned that we have to keep swearing to a minimum and if there is rain we will not be able to use the field because it will be too dangerous.

the play field is steep hilly area. When the field is wet it becomes very slippery and dangerous, even when walking.
