This is my first post on the haven as I just got my validation today, so if I make any newbish mistakes feel free to tell me in your reply. Thanks, just thought that I'd through that out their to begin. Ok, down to business. For a long time my nerf combo was a breached titan and a minimized NF. The Nf had a number 49 ace spring, cpvc speedloader, and a reinforced plunger. It was hitting around 70-80 feet and I really liked it. The Titan was getting around the same with slug nubbins at two pumps and because all that I do is indoor wars that was all that I really needed. All in all they were pretty ok.

the thing is that I play a lot of Halo and if your in a firefight in Halo, switching weapons is the last thing that you want to do. because of this when I am nerfing I usually forget about the second gun in the heat of the moment. this winds up with me getting owned. I'd always considered integration but because of my laziness and shortness on tools (all I have is a hacksaw that cuts crooked, a stripped but still barely usable phillips head, and a whole lot hot glue and duct tape) I never got around to it.

Then one day I was messing around with the Titan when my dad asked to see it (I'm 14 so I still live with my parents). He asked what the second trigger and the button on the side were for and when i told him nothing, that they just forced a nub out somewhere, i got the idea for the simplest, most convenient to fire integration that I'd ever come across. All that I had to do was saw off the handle of the NF so that the catch was out in the open of the gun. Then All I did was line it up with the nub on the side, hot glue it into position and duct tape it for stability. Thus I had the Ghost v.1. (It was at this time that i applied for validation but because it took so freaking long I went through three more versions.)
Here it is. And yes I know that its hideous but i go more for function over cosmetics.Posted Image
I added a crossfire to the nub where the second trigger fires. It has the AR removed and hits about 20 feet. I searched haven but couldn't find a mod to make this thing worth crap so i just pulled out the AR. I also put on a scope that will get you within four inches of what trying to hit, an LED flashlight, and upgraded the silencer that I already had on their (its called the ghost because it only makes a whisper when it fires).
Here's a view with the speedloader and brass barrel attached.

And a closeup of the crossfire.

Hope you guys enjoyed it and that I didn't overlook somebody who already did this (I searched for a while and am pretty sure that the idea of puting guns onto the second trigger and third triggers of the Titan is origianl). I doubt that anybody will, but if somebody wants a write up I can make one. You can find how to make the silencer, NF mod, Brass Titan Breech, speedloader, and crossfire mod on other parts of haven so I want to say it one more time, those weren't my idea. My idea was putting the smaller guns onto the Titan's extra triggers so that it could fire easily.

P.S.
Thanks to whoever validated me it must be a pain to monitor noobs and I will try my hardest not to be one.

I don't mean to be a backseat moderator just make full use of the preview post button before you actually post. Also try and insert the image right to the page rather than leave links. To do this just click on the Insert Picture button located on the top of the text box when typing your post( 8th from the left). Other than that, welcome to Nerf Haven!

That is fucking hideous and genius at the same time. Attaching little guns where the titan's extra triggers are is a great idea. Awesome job.

And just a little tip: Your grammar and such are fine, but you may want to space out your paragraphs. Doing so will make it easier for everyone to read it. When people see a wall of text like that, alot of times they won't read it, and your mod won't get the attention it deserves.

Sure, duct tape may be quick but epoxy has come a long way.

Anyway, the crossfire is a good integration incase you need a backup for your backup.

This is a very clever idea. I'll have to try it out myself (with a little less ducktape).

Thats really innovative. Did you just hotglue the crossfire's catch to the titan trigger, or are they not attached at all?

This is an interesting. It sounds like it works great for your purposes, but like you said, it looks hideous. But, hey, it works right? In the future, once you start getting a decent disposable income (yay!), I think you'll be able to pull this off even better, and make it look sexy. Good luck

They aren't attached but if you look closely you can see that their is a small layer of plastic between the two. That way the little nub hits a square thats about a centimeter wide, instead of having to line up perfectly with something about a millimeter wide.

Also I know that epoxy works better for the long haul but duct tape is much cheaper I'm thinking about painting it pretty soon so that should cover up the ugly a bit. I figure that something called the ghost should be palish white. The look I'm going for is the same basic color scheme as CustomSnake202's BBB shown below. Although I doubt mine will look so sleek and awesome.

Regarding the Crossfire, a 3 inch CPVC barrel replacement and spring replacement with a slightly stronger spring will boost its ranges. My dual Crossfires both get 50-60' with these mods.

I rather like this. Duct tape for the win!

50-60' sounds awsome for a crossfire. As of now I haven't actually fired the CF in a war, but it has kept people from rushing me while I'm reloading the other two guns. I'm going to work on building a coupler and 3'' speedloader after I eat breakfast. Thanks for the advise.

As others have said, hooking up that second trigger to the Crossfire is truly ingenious.

Yes, as the previus poster has stated, the duct tape is slightly painful to look at. But as I say, TO HELL WITH COSMEtICS!!

Very nice! may I suggest krazy glue? Tiss exellent stuff for spots like this.

Well somebody was attempting to get high off of duct tape fumes.

Moreover, that looks very effective and fugly. Nice idea in theory, but to me half the challenge is making your mod look clean.

I'm going on vacation tommorrow but as soon as i get back I'm going to finish the paint job and do some precision work. Right now it is just solid white but it will hopefully look better soon.

Think of how the duck will feel...

Back to the mod: I love how you use the front trigger - there's just a sense of ... 'conservation' to it, to use the part for something akin to what it's designed for.

As for the duct  tape, whatever works for your intended function. Some mod to use in a war - if that's the case, the fuglier the better. Whatever works for you.

After being in the Navy, I can attest there is nothing more "militaristic" than painting duct tape. It holds the whole ship together usually.

One tip if i may: 2 part paints work on it a helluva lot better than latex or spray paints.
