I noticed that he is using 19/32" on the barrel that comes out of the gun and the dart gets shoved into. If I have been using 17/32" for my darts would I need to use 17/32" on the barrel of the angel breech? Or do the tightening rings actually adress something like that?

Or a better question since I am about to buy the brass...does the angel breech as shown on the site handle streamlines (stock darts)

My mistake on the sizes. Better quesion for this is actaully not about length but the girth of the dart. Better yet, never mind, I 'll just make it and see what happens.

Follow hereticorp's assault rifle write up to the dot, except don't put tightening rings in the 9/16ths brass that has the half pipe cut out of it. Zap a gap a piece of 17/32 there instead, you will be good to go.
What the hell??
Didn't I ask you about this on IRC and you had a totally different answer.
Since you're too young to get a hotel, you should look around, maybe check some aim chatrooms.
Theres alot of really friendly, nice people out there, that'd be more than willing to accomodate a young boy.
