I can't make stefans worth a crap yet, so I'm still using stock streamlines, and I read that Copper is better than PVC when you want accuracy, and I don't have any PETG nor do I plan to order any.
So, what works best to keep my Barrel on my plastic?

Not sure where you read that, but it's utter nonsense.I can't make stefans worth a crap yet, so I'm still using stock streamlines, and I read that Copper is better than PVC when you want accuracy, and I don't have any PETG nor do I plan to order any.
The material your barrel is made from makes no difference in the accuracy of your shots. The quality and consistency of your dart construction as well as the straightness of your barrel are the main factors in accuracy.
The surface finish of the inside of your barrel will only affect the acceleration of the dart.
As for adhesives, copper and brass are extremely difficult to glue to anything. You can try JB weld, but even that may not work.

expensive as hell and hardly worth buying unless you are desperate.
I despise the NF because the basic design was so good but when the made it they did not use its full potential.
You have not given enough information to really help you here. If you are making up your mod as you go along that's fine, but if you are following someone's mod, you should tell us which so we can get an idea on what you're doing wrong. Hotglue sticks to ANYTHING including all precious alloys, wood, plastic, leaves, skin, glass and clothing.
If you are just trying to stick a copper pipe to the end of the NF plunger tube that is your problem, not the fact that its copper or hotglue. IF you wish to mod in this way, you need to assemble the majority of the plunger/spring/catch/tube/barrel lay it into the shell and literally fill all the voids with hotglue permanently attaching the plunger tube and barrel to the shell... 1 little dot of hotglue is never going to hold anything much heavier than a styrofoam cup if there is nothing to support it...

Even the infamous JBweld does not stick to copper well. the connection needs to be cleaned thoroughly as Father Time said.

I was following Rag's mod. I already removed the ARs and the dart peg.
Everything else has worked fine.

but if you choose to use like taggers than a CPVC barrel will work well.

But for making copper stick, I've had no problems with just hot glue as long as you rough it up a little first, though typically it's because I'm nesting the barrel in something wider, so that setup doesn't really have any leverage going against it.

But if you have the right drill bits or a dremel, you can widen the original barrel and zap-a-gap in the copper one. Really the only good, easy way to get a copper or brass barrel replacement is to nest it inside PVC.
EDIT:
What? Besides PVC, CPVC and PETG are the tightest and loosest fitting barrel materials.Copper isn't good for a NF, use PETG or CPVC for that one. It needs a tight barrel.
