20 pumps gives 60ft easy, have not attempted more..... considered making pvc chamber and replacing pump but that would destroy the $6 build.





needed 1 deluge


1 drill bit


sanding wheel (dremel will suffice)

screwdriver, coupler and hotglue

step 1 take all visible screws out of deluge

step 2 Pry Deluge open



step 3 Cut front tank mount off


this will release tank from gun and allow you to reinstall pressure tank

step 4 Pry valve out of squirtgun body

Cut away squirtgun body so it loosk like this to make it easier

step 5 sand point off valve

Step 6 clean opening so its purty


Step 7 Drill out top of valve and front of squirt gun, make sure coupler fits in front of squirt gun.


Step 8 cut coupler in half, sand coupler half away or just leave coupler stock size if you dont mine extra airspace. blaster has plenty of volume to make up for it.

step 9 attach coupler to valve with hotglue and wrap with etape


step 10 jam valve back into shell bend trigger to right to get it back together


step 11 admire my handywork.


step 12 glue the shit out of everything you just put in, especially the front of the coupler in the blaster shell.

step 13 attach air tank (good luck with that) its not easy to get on... just force it, it probably will not break if you are lucky...

step 14 shoot someone.

optional
needed 3/8in plug cutter, saw, dremil, exacto knife, trained beaver.... basically anything that cuts plastic

step 1 remove pump handle


step 2 cut away green ring that holds pump in


step 3 Reassemble blaster gluing pump handle back together and gaining 1/2in or so of pump travel.

I like it. I would definitely consider removing the green tank entirely and either covering the hole in the valve or maybe gluing in an endcap to increase volume. That may make it a bit more practical. 20 pumps for 60 feet is kinda lacking. Not necessarily in range, but in priming time.

yea, thats what I did with my halo gun.... I used a 6in piece of 1/2in cpvc and a bunch of hotglue.... works much better

Nice, if possible you can try replacing or extending the pump stroke. Off Topic: I didn't know that Ice was on the box of the Plasma Blaster! Catch any goobers buying them? 'o.O

Nice mod. But 20 pumps sounds impractical but all buzz bee water guns are (VERY small pumps.). also off topic but sanding discs or wheels whichever you prefer to call them are VERY use full on making things flush.

I did this with one of those Super Soakers Artic Flood things. I only used the super release all water in tank so you can pump again nozzle and it got exceptional range. But then i somehow broke the air tank by pretty much tapping it with a knife.
