Don't type in caps. Here is an excellent explanation on how to make stefans. http://www.nerfhq.co...rticle.php?id=1 I suggest you use 2" darts first, but you can make them bigger or smaller if you want. Have fun and welcome to NH.

one question guys. I want to make stefans for my tech target with 9/16 brass barrarel. What size stefan will i need?

you will want 1/2 in foam backer rod (FBR) for micros
