Unusual Name Formats

Anyone else notice?

Sometimes, when I browse a topic, some of the currently browsing member names at the bottom have different formatting than usual. I've seen italicized, and also a weird dotted underline. It's not the usual admin/contributor/mod color either. And there seems to be no rhyme or reason. It's not the original poster, and it's not necessarily someone who has posted in that topic before. It's not a big deal, but I was just curious. Now I don't want a big war to happen or a lot of posts and a big deal made, I just need an answer.

Italicized names are people who are currently responding. I believe it tells you what is special when you mouse over their name.

Yes Froot, when you mouse over a name it gives you what action is being performed and when it was started.
