If the second option was the case your gun would also have been pressurized since you first pumped it. My guess is that the tank isn't pressurizing. You may have fucked up the pin when you glued the spring so that it is always slightly open. To check if that's the problem put a dart in the barrel and pump madly. If the dart makes its way out the barrel then the problem should be obvious.

The only solution I can think of would be to perform a pen mod (replacing the spring with a section of a pen), or to dab some hot glue on one end of the spring (which can increase the effective strength of the spring if you do it right).

Heres the gun.

Heres the trigger.

Heres the tank closed.

Heres the trigger pulled back while the tank is full.

Here is how I must pull the trigger to get the gun to fire.

Try this. Pump 4 times. Pull the trigger. If air doesn't come out, pump one more time. Did that last pump feel like it was the first or the sixth (ie how hard was it to pump)?
Now try this. Remove the internals from the gun. Rip off the glue and detach the trigger, being careful not to bend the pin. Pressurize it and manually pull the pin (with your hands). Does it fire? Try it both at 2 pumps and at 5.
Post your results to these exact tests.

I am saying that if I pump it one or two times it will fire, but if I pump it three or more times it will fire 10% of the time.
The next pump was hard like a fith pump.
It would always fire when I pulled the pin manual.

Hey...I got a crazy idea: how about you stop all that sigging stuff? It's not even my thread and it annoys me.

Try getting more hotglue in the spring if it isn't already completely filled. If this doesn't work you're going to need to post a video of the internals (specifically the trigger), IN FOCUS, so we can see whats happening when you pull the trigger when the tank is pressurized.
