Hello I'm new here to Nerf Haven ( My account got validated quickly though, it only took three days) and I was wondering if any of you guys have mods for beginners. Also, if you could please give me tips that would be great.
THANK YOU!

Then try it!
For future help, just look at the modification directory. Any more posts like this will get the admins mad.
Welcome to the Haven!

Per your question, there is literally a half a page of helpful links pertaining to modifications in that section of the forum. Please post in the right forum, use our search feature, and review the Code of Conduct. We have a steep learning curve here, so you will be expected to pick up our rules quickly and to abide by them.

You should really search, I made an example above of someone trying to trick a n00bish person into doing mods that are even tough for experienced modders.

Those mods aren't THAT difficult, I've done two, Angel breeched LS and Doomsayer. You should either do an angel breeched LS, a doomsayer, or a Lancer.
But on topic either a Nitefinder, or Big Bad Bow.

I don't reccommend modding a Maverick.
I say Nitefinder.
Mavericks are wierd. If you mess up on some of the AR removing portions, you can really screw up your Maverick.
That was my first one and it's still in pieces around my house.

My first mod was a mav, and it was relatively easy, but I'm somebody who was opening stuff up even as a toddler.

I would definetly mod a nightfinder. Also like many other people said check in the modification directory for a mod that works for you.

Mavericks are a piece of cake. I've made 5 mavericks since November. The rotation seems pretty sturdy. Newnerfmodder, you must've got unlucky.
Please show me a cheap method of MAKING mavericks, I'm stuck having to go to the store and BUY them.
All joking aside, I recommend modifying a AT2K or Big Blast for your primary & a Nitefinder or AT2K for your secondary.
Between the nitefinder and maverick, I would have to say mod the nitefinder, the maverick only get's good results indoors and with a coupler system the nitefinder can get only about a 2x slower reload than a maverick and it shoots farther and more accurate.
