I haven't played a Nerf battle sense the mid 90's. When I was playing I was a leader in my youth group. We used to have "all nighter" Nerf wars. Anywho back then we were using the pressure tank based Nerf guns, after we modded the pressure tanks we noticed that after a few shot our darts were blowing up. So we wrapped them in packing tape. We also figured out how to make the darts go farther by turning the suction cup upside down. Anywho

I'm a bit confused about your darts. Do they fit down barrels like CDTDs?
Side note: As MSDFS said in your "Small Soldier" thread, you shouldn't plug your pumps.
