Ok, I went to the Dollar Store today, and I found these:

The thing that really caught my eye after I bought them were the darts:

See the spring?

Another weird thing I noticed was that there are NO screws in them.
They don't shoot for crap, but they are small enough to be pocketed.
Any comments?

I'll post a video soon.

They didn't have monitors in 1920.

They did, They just called them Windows back then though.

You got them at a dollar store right? So try ripping it apart! You got nothing to lose. Then try and do a barrel replacement and put it together, and report back to us!

As of now I don't think it's considered a nerf gun, but a barrel replacement will do the job. :D

It was in the one 45 minutes away from where I live, and I almost never go there.

As for the one that has the spring IN the dart, it is a little piece of plastic in the barrel that releases the dart, and the spring in the dart launches it out, so I was thinking possibly replacing the spring in the dart.
The black gun originally had a.... "finger trapper" thing around the trigger, but I tore it off because it sucked ass.

If you see me in the trading forum, I am most likely posting for friends. They are very into trading/buying/selling guns. Me, not so much.

I have the one with the plunger. I just cut off the whole barrel and glued about 2 inches of 1/2 inch cpvc to it. It now shoots about 20 feet, and it fits nicely in my pocket.

The enrichment center reminds you that the weighted companion cube cannot speak. In the event that it does speak, we urge you to disregard it's advice.

Yeah, I saw the "internals" to it... wow. It's an interesting take to dart shooters.

Seems like there's getting to be more and more knock-offs and 'cheapie' guns.

But I am just waiting for one of these things to be a gem, and shoot like 80 feet modded.

LOL.

Probably not going to happen though.

Nice find. I'd love to see how simple those internals are.

I saw a couple of these last time I was at the dollar store.

The darts also caught my eye, and I almost bought one.
