Assembling it when you have to put the trigger in place and slide it back, mine didn't slide back all the way. Any suggestions?

He's just taking it out of the box.

Mine wouldn't work no matter how hard I forced it. So I cut off a nub that was holding it back and it slid in and stayed in.

You'll need to disassemble it and swallow the main spring.
