As promised here is the write-up for my pas with integration. I decided to use a hornet tank out of simplicity and based on what I had. All I did to the tank was attack a small piece of PETG as a barrel.
Posted Image
For a pump I had a random water gun pump just laying around.
Posted Image
The first thing that I did was drill a small hole in the back of the gun to accommodate the pump.
Sorry, no pictures.
Realizing that the pump was too big I shortened it.
Posted Image
Then I cut out the foam I used for silencing so that the pump could fit in the gun and glued it in.
Posted Image
Next I drilled another hole in the front of the gripe so that I could put the tubing for the hornet chamber into the handle. This will only work with the top two chamber of the hornet.
Posted Image
The chamber should fit in like the picture below.
Posted Image
Next I drilled two more holes into the grip, one in the back and one on the bottom.
Attach the hornet chamber to one of the blast buttons, using a T as shown
Posted Image
Finally attach the open end of the T to a pump in whatever is comfortable for you. I attached mine as shown.
Posted Image
Now for making this gun more comfortable. I found another pump for a water gun with a U shape on the back of it.
Posted Image
I cut the pump and attached the end of the pump to the pump in the stock and added some camping foam.
Posted Image
Now the finished product you have a backup shot to complement your PAS.

Finally. Been waiting for this to pop up on the boards tonight. Nicely done. Like you had mentioned today though, you may want to put some more support for that pump against the shell, so it doesn't break by flexing up or down. I like this placement of the blast button better than on the back though. Seems very comfortable. I can't wait to see a pic with everything installed.

And the inevitable question, although it's not really essential to have excellent ranges from a backup shot, what're you hitting?

Yeah, also, as Pointblank said, you may want to watch the durability of both the chamber and the tubing.

Hey...I got a crazy idea: how about you stop all that sigging stuff? It's not even my thread and it annoys me.

This is a really cool integration! The only problem I can think of is that the tubing seems like it not do well withe the cocking of the gun. Other than that it looks good.

The yellow balls are also slightly smaller in diameter than the green ones.

It doesn't seem all that stable, is there a possibility of putting the tank actually inside of the pump action part? Also, how hard is it to pump?

I would recommend putting the tubing inside the gun and useing hot glue or epoxy instead of tape.

I would of put the pump on the side of the PAS's body. While making it less clean, it would be more functional tenfold.

Good job otherwise. I love the integration of back pressure tanks.

Good mod but you don't need it. At BCNO you didn't even need a secondary. Now a need to hide.

It could prove more useful at faster paced wars though. Personally, I stayed up offensively more often with my SNAP, even while reloading, and found the backup shot to prove quite useful, even if it just kept people from wanting to rush me and I didn't even have to use it. It was there incase.

Putting the tank inside of the gun was my first thought but there was little to no room for it. The piping on the outside of the gun is done in a way so that when I cocking the gun it coils up also there is no room to put that in the gun. In addition, I put the tubing on the right side of the gun so it doesn’t interfere with cocking the PAS. I do plan on reinforcing the gun a bit at the stock, but I want to test the tank out in a war before I make it permit.
The ranges are standard and seem to be further then a LSFG.
The placement of everything was done with comfort as first priority. So I hold the gun the same way I did before the integration.
Pumping the hornet is easy because its similar to pumping a BBBB or LBB but the diameter of the pump is smaller so there is less resistance.

Joe, now you have to fear my PAS that much more.

Check that out.

Seems like a good idea when explained, but you didn't really do too well/clean of a job. Hey, whatever gets the job done I know, but I like when guns look clean.

yeah I'm that guy who made that cool thing with the cool paint.

Blast Button.

You can see it right near the shotgun grip.

I used to have that problem until I got circumcised. 15 pounds later I was able to stand up straight.

I plan on making this cleaner once I war test it and find any bugs. Then I will permanently attach the tanks using mighty putty with a bit of paint.
