Tools needed for this:
Knife, preferably the knife you use to cut your stefans.
E-tape, about 2-4 inches of it.
Hot glue, about one stick.
Dremel, I used a sanding bit. My AR's were already out when I did this mod.
Screwdriver. Preferably a small one, not too small though.
So, open the disk shot pistol up. This is what you'll see.
This is what you'll need for this part. E-tape, an o-ring, and a blank stefan. Micro stefan.
Cut a quarter inch length of FBR off your blank. Take the plunger head off the plunger rod. It comes apart in three pieces, including the o-ring.
Glue the two orange pieces together, take the piece of FBR and cut a hole in the middle. Put the screw through it. Wrap the head in e-tape, then put the o-ring over it. I nestled a doubleshot and a disk shot spring together, they work perfectly. Screw it back on, this is what it should look like.
Take this piece, should be the second piece after the plunger tube.
Dremel it out until it looks like this.
Literally wedge and push the crayola barrel in. Stop when the crayola barrel hits the inside lip of the piece. Then glue. Like so.
Place it where it would normally go on the end of the plunger tube, put in a new catch spring. This is what it should end up looking like.
A view on the nestled springs.
Ranges vary from 40-50 feet, my barrel is too small. It should be longer.
