I painted them right away.
But when i got a bit to excited and put a wet recon barrel on my longshot, they glued together.
I wana get it off but dont know how.
SUGGESTIONS?

As for your real problem, just use some man-force and pry it apart. You'll probably wreck the paint, but unless you're twisting a foot away from the joint, there shouldn't be enough shear stress to break anything.

If you are interested in fixing the finished look of the front of your gun, make sure to sand off ALL of the paint underneath. It may be beneficial to sand it down a bit farther as well. The will help with the wear of using the barrel extensions, as well as help with your sticking problem.
