Okay, so a friend and I just went back and bought a new vulcan to replace the insides of mine with...giving up hope on the other one.

We replace them, and the NEW vulcans insides refuse to rotate! It sounds much cleaner than the other one, but it still refuses to rotate after being put together, minus a few rotations went it first was started up.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GUNS PROBLEM? I will get pictures if needed, but it's rediculous

So, I have NEW internals in the OLD gun. But it wasn't just replacing a few pieces, it was the ENTIRE thing. So it SHOULD work, shouldn't it?

Why wouldn't you just use the new gun?

You are sure that when you try try to fire, the plunger piece that comes out to seal over the belt shell isn't getting stuck? In the safe position, it should be flush with the gun.

I am sure, and plus we don't want to keep the new gun, we were actually going to return it :)

And it does flush. in fact, you can put the chain in there and it will fire the dart it is on, but just doesn't feed. It pops back into place perfectly afterwards.
