Could someone please tell me what blaster this is? My friend is selling it to me for a very low price and I want to know if it is a Nerf blaster

I belive that is the XXL bazooka.

You are correct, a XXL Bazooka is like a newer version of the Ultimator, a spring powered rocket launcher.
