Recently I picked up my scorpion bow and thought that 85 feet just wouldn't cut it. So I decided to add a NF spring. The problem I have now is that the catch will not sustain the power of the scorpion spring and the NF spring. I need to come up with a way to re-enforce the catch. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Add a catch spring or replace it with a stronger one.

Add an extra catch spring to the catch, a spring from a clicky pen should work just right.

Next time try searching, there are many threads where people have had issues with catches not catching on other guns, your problem follows the same concept.

Actually the AZSB doesn't use a true catch spring in the sense that the trigger spring is what activates the catch. Replace that spring (it's an extension spring) with a stronger one, and it should work fine.

Also make sure you haven't installed the catch in backwards if the spring replacement doesn't work.

Thanks Dizzy I'll do that

To everyone else thanks for the help but the reason I brought this up is because the AZSB is a bit diffrent than other catches I've seen.
