Ok Im feeling kinda stupid here, I just pulled apart my bbb for what was supposed to be a quick and easy mod, now that its back together I get a weird "glurp" type noise, after that it wont shoot again untill I pull it apart, but everything inside seems to be in good condition, any one got an idea as to what i may have done?
And since I know someone is gonna ask I just pulled it apart to pull out the ar and glue in a crayola barrel.

Hmm, did you properly replace those 2 locking tabs? That glurp sound sort of reminds me of when I jammed an overly huge stefan into the barrel and the sound it made when I tried to fire it.

heh I wish it were that simple, no all parts were put back into their correct places with the exception of the air restrictor. It sounds almost like the problem has something to do withthe plunger head not wanting to get into the tube correctly?

It could be something wrong with the plunger or plunger head being disformed.

I think I might know what you're experiencing. A while ago, I had a similar problem, and it was pretty easy to fix once I found out wtf was wrong. The center hole of the tan colored plunger head piece might be be getting too loose to stick onto the orange plunger piece (so the tan plunger head might be falling off after each shot you make), so to fix it, just wrap a few layers of E-tape around the orange area until it's a tight fit for the rubber tan colored piece. Then shove the "E-tape wrapped" orange stick into that tight tan hole and... O.O;

Sounds like someone wants to be added that hilarious quote to my signature, while playing with my butthole.

On topic: This same thing also happened to me. When it did happen, I would just took a skewer (the kind used to skew [sp?] vegetables) and stick it through the barrel and jam it into the plunger head which I guess got the plunger head back on.

I think I might know what you're experiencing. A while ago, I had a similar problem, and it was pretty easy to fix once I found out wtf was wrong. I had a similar problem with one of my BBB's (If the barrel was loaded when I tried to cock it the PH would come off) I solved it by putting the plunger head on the plunger rod, putting hot glue on the end where the tip of the plunger rod stuck through it and pressing on the hot glue so that it held the two together.

I can't entirely suggest this though, as they cannot be separated for a spring removal....

I can't speak for all, but many of us modified the head by cutting about 1/3" of the top section of the rubber piece off. This is a pretty common yet important mod to do for those of us that modded the barrel of the BBB... I forgot who came up with it, but thanks to him it saved many BBB's from being smashed by our pit of rage when it would screw up (I think the BBB's used to stay stuck after you cock and shot it once if you didn't mod the rubber head). Omg!! Essence, did you remember to slice off 1/3" of the top of the tan rubber plunger head piece yet? That might be your problem...

I did not modify the head. I never knew there was a modification for the plunger head until now.

well, so far the PH hasnt fallen off that Iv seen, and i kept a small section of the ar for the sake of keeping a seal and stoping the darts from going into the plunger tube, I'll put it back together and try to recreate the problem and then take some pics when I pull it off with any luck it wont happen again, but, my luck is never that good

Edit: well iv put 225+ rounds thru it and its still not malfunctioning yet, I guess it fixed itself, and no i never trimmed the PH at all

Well, I think i figured out what the problem is. Apparently, it now only happens when I fire arrows from it, and only if the arrow is on the gun before I charge it, so it would seem that the arrow creates enough suction to mess with the PH going into the tube, I dont know if this will eventually cause the PH to fall off, I hope not tho if it does I'll just find a way to fix that problem and add some extra springs!
