I personally have never used one but from what I've seen and heard from the speculation threads, they are pretty much just like the Double Shot. I have used the DS, and it is horribly bad.
Equation:
DS= Shit
ASG=DS, Therefore ASG=shit.

It's just the shells that make the gun shit. Mod the shells. The darts it comes with are way too heavy for the gun to fire more than ten feet. Once that happens it's as good as a modded doubleshot.
