0. I actually detest this attitude.
1. As annoying as concept threads are, it's good to sum up human knowledge in order to foresee any problems that might come up.
2. Especially problems that are difficult to predict unless you have extensive experience.

1. It's not possible to foresee every potential complication. You can make plans to the nth degree, but there will always be some kind of obstacle.
2. You get said experience by ACTUALLY PERFORMING MODS OF YOUR OWN.
The vast majority of concept threads don't lead to finished items.
Don't set absurd goals for yourself. It takes practice to understand what is possible for you to achieve with the resources and tools you have available to you.
