Not sure how much you care about keeping the attendence list accurate, but a few people I know to be wrong:

Longshot Wielder (aka Shrub, banned, lives hella far away, wants to ride his bike here... on both Def. and Maybe lists... Doubt he's coming at all)

There are a couple more on the maybes list, but I'll let them report their decisions, even if I think I know them.

OK guys, with only 3 days left, I have drawn up a better map for use when you get to the park. This should be helpful in getting you to the staging area. The top image is the full map with the google maps background. Under it, is a more printer-friendly version, which shows you the paved paths to the staging area. If the preferred parking lot (in blue) is full, the red parking lot is farther away, next to soccer and softball fields, but it will do fine.





I'm looking forward to Saturday, this will surely be one hell of an event.

It seems I will be attending... I might have access to a "game camera" which is basically for scouting hunting locations, you just strap it to a tree and it takes pictures of movement. It holds hundreds of pics and has big enough batteries to run for days.

If I can bring it I can just strap it in a bottleneck area and it will take pics of nearly everyone who walks past it.

If someone has the time and a crossbow I would like an outline of a crossbow shell.... if you can please tape a couple pieces of paper together, lay half a crossbow shell on the paper and outline it with a good pencil pen or marker.... I will share details of the project with you for your help. The better the outline is the better my project will turn out.

Also Im begging for Wayne Industries Tri Fire Blaster micro darts, if anyone who was unfortunate enough to have one of these still has any darts I would like to purchase them.

This is why I started making my darts half way into last week and even bought an extra 20 feet from ACE just in case. I don't think I have enough to share though.. I might be able to give you some extra for a round or two, my stuff fits CPVC mainly, it can definetly work in thick-walled PETG, but without tightening rings it's liable to just fall through. Maybe I can make some more tomorrow...

*Edit* This extra bag is thinner then my other bags... it'll only work in CPVC or equally tight Brass.

Well, the war is nearly upon us and I think that I'm all good to go. Zaxbys is here with me and we're getting ready to journey northwards into the great unknown (not really, it's just NJ but let's hope there's no cancer fog this time). I'll be picking up Galaxy613 and CaptainSlug tomorrow.

On a related note, I just looked at the attendance list and realized we're up to motherfucking 80 people. Sweet Jesus. I'm glad we've got some field supervisors this year and if any field supervisors need a break I will be more than happy to help out.

I'm working on putting together some of Slug's Mobstacles. They should help out the defenders in the A&D rounds.

I am getting very excited for this war. Apoc 2009 will be insane. This is why I cannot stress enough, we need your cooperation on Saturday. OMC already laid out the threats of violence if anyone acts up. I am more worried about people not paying attention, forcing us to spend more time organizing when we could be nerfing instead. Have fun, have a lot of fun. Just be aware of what is going on, and where you are supposed to be. Do that, and we'll get as much nerfing in as we can. Don't do it, and you'll have 75+ people pissed at you for wasting part of the afternoon.

Also, if anyone needs a cell phone number, PM me. If you need help getting to the park, or especially if you need help getting to the staging area from the alternate lot, feel free to call me.
