Darts fit good, the barrel is 14 inches long and the seal is perfect only air escaping is through the barell its self.
What conditions are you shooting in? cold weather can deplete range a lot. and, what are your darts weighted with? stefas that are to light will spin out of control

Well, the only things I can think of now are: not pumping it enough, or a faulty product. but 120 is still very good! Its about 60 degrees out. My darts are captainslug darts and i have some that have two 3/0 fishing weights.
