When you click on the Globe/Infinity* sign, it'll bring up two windows. Enter/paste the link in the first. Enter your hyperlink text in the second. It'll format the tags for you. Barring that, just paste the link, and it'll be clickable.
*The "infinity" sign is two links of chain. Link, get it? Yeah.
