I just added on to an airtank with 1/2 cpvc, and I used hot glue to seal the air that might come out. It keeps leaking though and breaking little holes through the hot glue. Should I use epoxy or something else?

Yeah I realized I can't use hot glue for a seal. I just used it cause I wasn't sure if plumbers glue would work, and you can rip hot glue right off. Thanks though.

What is your airtank made out of? Is it one you made yourself or is it from a stock gun? If it is a home made tank and you used PVC, use PVC cement. If it is a stock air tank, such as from an air tec gun, follow Thirst's advice.

I made it myself, it's made out of cpvc. Should I use pvc, or can I just leave on the cpvc?

Ehh, what gun is this on? Homemade? Cpvc should work fine. Cpvc and pvc are pretty similar, It shouldnt matter wich one you use, but pvc will hold more air due to a larger ID.
