Okay so just got a 3k and there was a stripped screw over the goo gauge and I dremeled the section off and I accidently clipped the goo gauge and it went everywhere! So I'm planning on just connecting the tubing from the pump to the tank with a brass connector. But before I spend my money I need to know what size of connector I need, so if anyone can supply me with that info I will give you a cookie. And lastly how many pumps will it take to fill the tank after I remove the goo gauge and plug the pump?

Thanks a head of time!

You should replace your goo gauge It will burst I even had a totally stock At3k that the goo gauge bursted in my hands and trust me its not fun.

On subject to the connectors I use plastic ones, even though I cant find it at any store if your a college student anyone in chemistry could get some for you.

Thank you any admin which deleted my post the sever cashed while I was posting.

You mean Jesus doesn't get you an extra 20 feet?
I blame insufficient praising of his name. If you don't cross yourself and point to the sky after every minor achievment how is a higher power supposed to know that you are pleased with his mad sacred game?-VACC

New server Boo-boo record...

Anyways, since I don't think it's worth posting a whole new topic about it I'll just ask here. I was working with an AT3K the other day and I tried unscrewing the Goo Gauge, but the little tube-like thing on the bottom where the screws are coveres two screws so I can't unscrew all of them.

CAn I do something to the little tubular arm thing?

Ha, wow a triple post? Man, what is with the server?
But on topic, yeah jsut use 1/4 coupler(those seem to be the easiest to find for me) or 1/8 barb connectors(I can't find those ANYWHERE near me). I tried Lowes, DeNaults, Home Depot, etc.
