I have no idea, sorry. I can guess it is around a 3k tank pressure though since I can pump this the exact same way and amount of times.

Is it as hard to release the air (pull the trigger) as it is on AT series guns? Or is it easier?

It should be pretty much the same, considering the head size is similar. The advantage here is that you could build in a lever action to give you some mechanical advantage.

Congratulations on actually building this. Mechanically triggered valves are a bitch and a half to make using basic tools and materials--the tolerances are close in there. Hasbro et al. can use them effectively because they have the equipment for it, but building one with a drill and some glue is damned impressive.

Actually it is rather easy since you pull the sealer away from the barrel and the air that is displaced from removing the sealer goes back with the back sealer if that made any sense, if not I can draw a diagram.

Oh, right.... There isn't much surface area because the shaft is nearly as wide as the seal, so the pressure doesn't act on the head much at all.

I was just thinking about new trigger designs and came up with a very simple one. So simple I'm not sure if it would even work.

Air will escape through the slot in the tank for the trigger. This is why 2k tanks use a pin: because an o-ring will do the trick.

What if it did some sort of pivot, instead of moving the whole trigger. Would it work then?

No, because the trigger would still be connected to the sealer, which would be inside the tank. Without a complex and impractical sealing system around the trigger area, it just won't work.
