I was wondering, is the turret of an AT2K a significant air loss? Most of the mods in the directory single the AT2K, yet the idea of the turret is very appealing to me.

If it was was me I would RSCB it. Cause it has enough air output for the Rscb to work, and provides a perfect sightline to aim with.

Do the bottom most write up for the 2k in the mods directory. It will make your turreted 2K primary worthy. If you have any questions about it shoot me a PM or post them here.

Just single the thing. I had problems with mine when I did a cpvc mod to the turret. It worked well, but I love the ranges of it when it is singled.
Totally not gettin' siggy with it at all.

I've got a couplered 2K turret on my BBB, and I loose only about 5 feet of range versus a singled BBB.
The range of a quadded 2K may be more than 20 feet less than a singled, and it takes longer to reload after all four shots.

It's not major, i'd say about a 10FT decrease. Personally I think it's worth it to keep it turreted.
No it's not, more like 5 feet decrease max. I've had both turreted and singled AT2Ks in the near past, and they got the same range.
