I have always wanted to make something like this and I finally got enough patience up to do it right.

I think this will describe it better than 5 paragraphs and be easier to read:

1.25" PVC Body.
Plunger tube is 1" Thinwall PVC
Brass breech is connected to plunger tube
CPVC barrel is stationary
Plunger moves back to prime
Opening in brass is exposed when the plunger is back
Dart is pushed into CPVC barrel by tighter CPVC behind it when plunger tube moves forward
Clothespin trigger

Key features:
Almost perfect seal (Plunger looses a bit of air but moves faster to compensate)
Unlike previous SNAP variants, trigger is easy to pull (Leverage)
Almost no dead space. Dart loads 0-1" from the plunger head's resting position.
Plunger is lighter than PVC (From bike pump)
Dart is pushed into barrel like angel breech, so loading multiple darts is easy
Removeable stock
Comfy

And the moment you've all been waiting for...

Ranges: Good.

Yeah, I know, kind of a letdown, but everyone measures differently. Plus, after a certain point it doesn't matter anymore. You're not going to have a showdown with someone from 100 feet away. It hits hard at 70' and that's enough for me.

Notes:
I still need to cut a larger hole for dart loading, but my dremel stopped working and I haven't ordered a new one yet.
The two couplers in the front are because I cut the body too short.
Any questions? I know this is brief and lacking in details, since there are so many to list, but I'd be happy to provide any there are interest for.

I love it. Very nice work on the breech system.
The thing about the leverage with the trigger is that, though it's easier to pull, you have to pull for a longer distance. Which is personal preference. I for one, and I know Vacc is like this as well, prefer a "hair trigger", even if it means a tough pull.

As for showdowns at 100 feet, +pistol.

With the breech though, you could effectively shotgun load, in the same manner that my thundersplat did? Very nice.

Thanks.

The trigger pull isn't that long, but now that you mention it, I do like a longer pull.

And yes, the breech works in the same manner as your thundersplat.

It's interesting. I like the mechanics of it, but I would clean up the area around the grip/add grip panels, etc. Although, it's good to see form taking a back seat to function, sometimes. As for the trigger: on my SNAPs, I find it to be mostly an ergonomic issue; wrap a few layers of e-tape around the angle iron, and suddenly that hard pull becomes a crisp break. Although, as Split says, it really comes down to personal preference.

I used to have that problem until I got circumcised. 15 pounds later I was able to stand up straight.

Funny you said that. I always loved my singled RFS but it always broke. This is it's replacement.

My next job is to make it beautiful. Gotta get some Vinyl dye.
