Ok before people start going all crazy with this i would like to say first no store near me sells brass. My question is where do you get your brass if i know i may be able to get some. Thanks in advance.

If no stores near you sell brass, why don't you just buy online (ebay)? Or you could just post a WTB in the trading section.

Most hobby stores carry brass. Most people look in hardware stores, but most hardware stores don't have brass.

So yeah. Hobby store.

There are two hardware stores near me that sell it at a very reasonable price. I guess it all depends on where you live.

And as others have said, if you can't find it in stores, you should be able to buy some online.

I have checked Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Home Depot, Lowes, ACE and TrueValue but have yet to come across brass. So yeah, buy it online.

Check the hobby section of the yellow pages in your phonebook, then call and ask all of them if they sell brass. I thought nobody near me sold brass, but I found a store that is actually like 1/4 mile away that sells it. If you call all of them and still no luck, check ebay or post a WTB.

Amazon sells it in bulk for really cheap. 5 bucks for three feet of 9/16.
