Ok im thinking getting a BS or PAS.


1,Wich is more expensive.
2,Wich is easier to mod.
3,Better ranges.
4,Accuracy.
5,Better for cvpc.
6,If i get the PAS wich mod should i do.
7,If i get the BS wich mod should i do.

PAS, really simple mods. PAS is more expensive, but is so worth the money. PAS has accuracy, but I wouldn't say good for CPVC because that all depends on your darts. Hope it helps.

PAS, really simple mods. PAS is more expensive, but is so worth the money. PAS has accuracy, but I wouldn't say good for CPVC because that all depends on your darts. Hope it helps.

On a personal reference I would go with the PAS because it has amazing accuracy and power and has very simple mods, however I dont no if cpvc goes good with the PAS but I do know that mod man foam goes very well with cpvc if it is heated for 6-7 minutes.

The barrel material is completely dependent upon the dart fit. But CPVC works pretty well in my PAS. You can certainly use CPVC in a BS, but again, it depends upon your darts. I have one fitted with CPVC and one with PETG. They both fit about the same ranges.

For me, I would lean to the PAS but only because I have the K9 Special to greatly increase the ROF. But the Big salvo has the Shottie firing mode to sway the balance. It's less accurate but you have 4 shots primed and ready to fire.

I would say that the Big Salvo is far easier to mod. Just slipping PETG into the barrels will give you good results.

The Big salvo has great range and works amazing with cpvc! I say go for it.

Thanks guys i have made up my mind im gonna get the PAS and maybe put the BS as my secondary.

No, you are gonna buy the PAS, mod it well, then do a simple barrel mod on the tanks then put the salvo on the PAS, making a good primary with 3-4 backup shots (depending on how you mod it) that will get about 100 each. Its that simple. Why carry two guns when you can combine them and make an awesome primary?

I'd have to agree. It may seem dumb to have a ton of shots on tap, but how are you gonna feel when you get rushed and that PAS is out of ammo?

Then, using the Marvelous Salvo system, you put the SMDTG trigger right within reach of your thumb of the hand you fire the gun with, and use an unplugged pump hooked up to the pump action of the main gun. Then, whenever you prime the PAS, it'll add a pump to the Salvos. This way, you don't even need to think about pumping it. Then if you need it quickly, prime the PAS once, and pump multiple times. The benefit of leaving the pump unplugged is: A. No need to worry about overpumping and needing to discharge the Salvos once you prime the PAS too many times, and B. It keeps it legal in Mag 7 hosted wars. After all that's done, like everyone above me has said, you've got yourself a beast of a primary.

For an inaxperenced modder, the PAS is a better choice, air guns are too risky.
By the was, FA_24 did a Rapid Fire PAS, it has a turret on the fount. I'd recommend the normal, non-turreted PAS for a less experienced modder.

Angel has performed exceptional mods on BOTH blasters.

No, I believe that you are referring to the Doomsayer, which is in reality a "Rapid Fire Shotgun" or RFS. Not a "Pump Action Shotgun".

On topic, the idea about the pump being in the charging handle is good, but definitely not a beginners mod. However if someone with an idea like that happened to post a writeup, and would then have an awesome piece of work to present to the community Im sure no one would mind *hint hint wink wink nudge nudge*

Pas all the way. I have had a problem with a defected BS in the past and they are also kind of stupid.
