Okay, I got a Pump Action Shotgun yesterday. I have already couplered it and it's drying from a mettalic lime green and black paintjob. When it was working I was getting high 80s low 90s flat with black stefans in cpvc. Frankly I want to be hitting 120s with a bad dart. Now, I read Angels PAS level 2 mod write up and I was wondering if there were any springs that anyone would reccomend. Before you start saying "whiptail scorpion spring nanananana" you see..... I'm kind of broke right now and I can barely afford anything aside from my basic nerfing needs. if anyone has any ideas on springs that are AVAILIBLE IN STORES NOW, please tell me. if you reccomend an industrial spring, please specify the exact name of it. Thanks in advance.

I asked angel, and he said a LS spring would help. Make sure you reinforce it too.

Is it fear or courage that compels you?

Dude, 80-90ft from a PAS is great, if you do anything else it will need to be super reinforced like angels.

1/3 of a +Bow spring is what I have in mine.
It works amazingly, 100+ feet.

yeah. I have STEEL sheeting with epoxy putty over everything. I think it can hold its own against any spring.

I've found that both Longshot and Big Bad Bow springs work in mine. I think 1 1/2 NF springs would work too.

I suggest you try to eliminate most if not all dead space from the PAS.

Well I don't really know what to help with,

on my K9 special, I have a RSCB creating a lot of dead space and with just the stock spring, I was hitting 80-100 feet. so you are getting decent ranges. But You really have to layer the crap out plunger rod if you do add a spring

I have 1/2 of a +Bow spring along with the stock spring in my PAS, and haven't really needed to reinforce much. The plunger is doing fine, as is.

It's a bit tricky. You have to carefully push and twist the spring at different angles to get it on.

Don't push it on. You'll either mess up your spring or break your plunger rod. Simply Coil it on by putting it between each coil and turning continuously.
