So I when i got my nerf vulcan, I really wanted to add a shoulder stock. So here it is

Let me remind you you this is still only in its prototype stage. With some work, this could work well.

What good is a stock on an HMG that weighs 15 pounds, is too uncomfortable to hold by anything but the handle, and can't move a large ammo belt unless "mounted" on its tripod?

That said, I don't mean to offend, but rather bring up some logic to your mod.

Also, you're not gonna do too well with your battery case taped shut...

I'm with Schizophrenic on this. What's the point of a shoulder stock on a very heavy gun that's meant for blind shots while holding it down at your hip?

It feels more awesome that way anyways. I mean who doesn't want to feel like they're a blast-'em-up mobster who just destroyed everything in their path with an insane full-automatic tank of a gun?

Welcome, nice mod too.

Might i suggest a counter wieght to help with the heaviness of the gun, possibly attaching a weight to the bottom of the stock to help with the front-heaviness of the gun. Actually im not too sure if this would even work, ah-vell couldnt hurt to try though.

Paint it black, and some padding, make it more durable, and do the mod where you take out the front and make the chain circular then it would be awesome!

Unlike almost everyone else that posted, I like the idea of the shoulder stock. Like when you are lying down with it on the tripod, you can rest it against your shoulder. Good job!

What, you guys can't dual wield Vulcans? I mean, it's a little tough on the wrists, but fifty shots, no reloading is nice.

Well if you did/changed/added something to a gun (even external like this) and aren't really sure where it goes, it'd be a safe bet to put it in the Modification section.

Even though it isn't really what I'd do personally; if it floats your boat then hey! go for it. Good job.

That is the steriotypical view of a goober. Painting it black is NEVER a good idea. The mod is about adding a stock, not demanding what should be done to his vulcan.

I like it, though. I thought about doing this to my neighbor's vulcan, but he rejected, because he's very paranoid. I would recommend adding some weight to the rear of that stock, just to balance it out. Pennies usually do the trick.

You may want to add some adhesive/reinforcement.The stock looks like it is ready to snap in half.This has switched the vulcan from a M2 Browning style to a Maschinengewehr forty-two style blaster.

Dude you can do the mod too make two chains into 1 so you would have 50 shots with one vulcan.

True, but that has a tendency to break rotation mechanisms. I suppose I could make two loop chains, THEN dual wield those...
