AHHHHH!!! So this is what that internal server error did? crap, well here what i meant to post anyways(deepest apologies):

Where: Greenfield Park ( 12035 W Greenfield Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53214 ), Picnic area 5 ( Parking lot by the corner of Rogers and Main ST. inside the park)
Note: NOT the north 1/2 of the park, that's a golf course...I don't need balls heading for my head as well as foam

When: March 28th April 4th, 2009, around noon-ish (10am would really be preferable, so we can get lame crap outta the way, then just play.) it will end around 4 or 5, depending on conditions.

I'm new to this hobby, so feel free to 'correct' me if I'm off on anything. This is counting as my birthday party for me, so be prepared for that kind of atmosphere, and, no, I don't want anything but a good time with a couple friends and new people.

What to bring-
-Primary: anything but singled Titans. Plugged Titans must be shotgunned to at least three barrels, No singled AND plugged 4Bs, LBBs, National Geographic Guns, or Signal Launchers. Plugged will imply shotgunned to at least three barrels. Homemades will be allowed after a demonstration of ranges.

-Secondary: not required.

-Pistol: For the pistol round, duh. I reserve the right to dictate what is and isn't a pistol.

I hold the right to ban any gun you bring after firing it, I will try and be merciful, but if you think that I won't approve, don't bring it/bring a back-up. Also, if it doesn't have an orange cap, all the kids will laugh at you for not doing so and your gun won't be allowed. Think of this rule as your birthday gift to me.

-Some Spares, if you wish: I'm not the richest man in the world, and as such, I will buy some NiteFinder's for loaners, don't bring anything you hold precious for this.

-Spare Stefan’s: I havn't made the time to make these yet and as such, I won't be able to make good Stefan’s that much previous, plus I promised a few friends I would soup up some of their guns.

-Eye protection: I will have a limited amount of loaner(Read: Cheap) safety glasses, but still, you should have your own.

-Clean mouth: I know, kinda lame, but try and keep the f-bombs from falling in this war.

-Food/beverage: I will have some snacks(even though this is a party, I'm focusing more on the war for this) and I will have a sports cooler, but still, anything you can do for yourself is great. Also, there's a limited amount of restaurants around the area, so bring money if you don't bring "cold lunch".

-A change of clothes: I can't predict the weather, so just humor me and bring such a thing. Also, Bring a shirt that you don't mind getting duct tape on, as those will be the team markers.

-Anything you think will help: but tell me before you bring it, just in case

-I will have first aid supplied (I pray that we won't need it)

Game types: CTF, Team Deathmatch, and Pistols. If you want any other game types, speak up.

As a standard rule, no physical contact.

And if anyone can think up a cool name, I'd be obliged

Anyway, I'm in. Is orange tape on the barrel enough for what you're looking for? Also, side note: this date is the same as MNSBW, so it may limit who will come (at least from areas west)

Yes, but I won't be supplying it, I'm already strectched enough as is.

Well any further out would be kinda awkward for my birthday party, and any earlier would possibly be muddy, I may change it to the 21st, but thats unlikely (weather/reservations blah blah blah)

Write me down for a maybe, I'll try to make it, but my work schedule may prove difficult to over come. And I would very much be willing to car pool if I do indeed come. I have a truck that can seat 4-5 and a car that will seat 6 though not that comfortably. Carbon you live in New Berlin, I did a job out that way last year and know where the town is and I'm not too far from 90/94 to those of you that live in Chicago and surrounding areas. Hell to town I live in is Darien, and 43 witch runs into Milwaukee has two exits that stop here. If any one needs a ride let me know, for this war or for ChANO. I'm planing on going to both, but like I said work may not allow. I'll talk to my boss tomorrow and see what he has planed.

Ok, I've been talking it over with my 'rents and it turns out we haven't laid out the reservation yet, so changing the date is an option, my only problem is you guys. Will pushin the date back to April 4th effect any of you negatively?

I will be heavily relying on my +bow to ruin all of you and I want to know if it will be allowed. It's really the only gun I use now.

Let's get the start time set. I'd like the war to start by 10 so we can get a full day of fun in.

Well I was figuring of maybe just have some small skirmishes from 10 till around 12ish(or till everyone gets there and then get through all the safety crap, grab a little somethin to eat then just spend the rest of the day nerfin.

Sixty feet might be a bit...restrictive. An AT2k fires close to 100, and an unplugged 4B hits 140. Put it this way, Ryan's +Bow isn't any worse than a 4B.

EDIT: I apologize in advance, I'm not trying to tell you how to run your war...just telling you what kinds of ranges we typically work with.

Yeah...that's a little too restrictive. Keep in mind I don't have a primary that shoots under 100 feet.

Likewise, I plan on using my +bow. From a safety point of view, it is no worse than an unplugged 4B (my 4B actually outranges my +bow).

Ok Ok, soory I just didn't know what to say for the limits(1st time hosting, can you tell? ). Mind you some of my friends will only be wielding NF's cause they don't have guns of thier own.

I may be able to provide some assistance in respect. I have 5 extra primaries that I'm going to bring. Although to be honest, a well-modded NF can get primary-like ranges (albeit never with the accuracy you would get from a regular primary).

Thank you so much, that takes some off my pallet, but I'm still gunna mod some NF's because They'll need 'em for the pistol round, because I'm curios about the NF and because I can.
