For any of you that longboard, I am going to get a new Landyachtz urban assault longboard, and i am deciding between two wheel options that it comes with, Abec11 76mm gumballs wheels, or a set of 77mm HAWGS wheels. I live in washington, so I need them to have as much grip as possible, without sacrificing too much speed. Can anyone tell me which ones are better?

Those numbers, in case you didn't know, are the size of the wheels. For a long board, if it's a package deal will be soft wheels, which is what you want. You may want to ask which wheel is the softest. But, it probably won't be much, if any, of a difference. Pick the prettiest wheel. Hope that helped.

I did know that those were the wheel sizes. My question was if anyone has tried one or the other and could tell me which one is better.

Sizewise, bigger wheels mean better cruising. But in your case, a millimeter isn't gonna make much of a difference. I am just gonna say the Abec 11's because I have fives on my shorter board, and it rolls like a dream even with tiny wheels. Hope you are happy with your longboard!

If you don't get a reply with someone having them. Then, as I suggested, ask the clerk about each wheels softness rating, whatever they call it now adays. But, with the way they make them today, I really doubt they's going to be much of a difference. Those size of wheels are made for long boards, which means they will both be a softer wheel. Most kids now run small hard wheels. Personally, I run 66mm on my street board. Just a smidge below the serious hard stuff.

Thanks. I think i will go with the Abec 11s. I have heard some pretty good things about them and they are that awesome green color.
