If you use CPVC, LogHome foam is NOT for you.
Probably dead by now, or something.

You're doing it backwards.Depends on what barrel material you use.
If you use CPVC, LogHome foam is NOT for you.
Find a consistent quality supply of foam, then pick a barrel material to match the foam.

Even if isn't consistent I think I will get some because who can pass up their cheap prices.Log House Foam is not consistent. I got a batch once that was great and another batch that was horribly thick. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend it. As Slug said, find a reliable source of foam.
Redhead you have no idea what the hell I am asking do you?

No one is going to want to re-barrel all of their guns. If you already have 20+ guns modded with a certain barrel-material (like me), you're going to want to find foam that fits it.
Especially if you were using CDT's for a while and decided to switch to stefans. Most of your guns would be barreled to fit CDT's, and it would be ideal to find the right size foam.
Probably dead by now, or something.

How tight is it 17/32? Do you have to twist it in?We've got some black and white Log House Foam here. It's loose in 19/32 and tight in 17/32, so I'm guessing 9/16 will be a good fit.

Twisting, jamming, pushing, etc. It is closer to "does not fit" than to "snug" on the tightness spectrum. A 1-2" section of 17/32 might be good on a telescoping barrel for some gun with poor air delivery, but I wouldn't use it as primary barrel material.
