If you are part of the 8% who would say "Jump B****, JUMP!!!!" . . .

NO!!!
Actually...... We already do use foam swords in some Nerf wars. The hasbro ones are just more official.
If at first you don't succeed, add more epoxy.

To answer your question: Only if you are Spoon.

Damn it Foamfoot. Why is it that you kill every good topic with a retarded response a few days late.

At our wars we use swords all the time, people tend to have them as backups, or for when they use cover to get in close and rush people who are frantically trying to reload, or to sneak up behind people and save a bullet.
They especially help to conserve some ammo if you do revives like we do and people take several hits to go down because they have a teammate with them who wont die and keeps bringing them back.
I would also recommend getting like a hollow plastic sword instead. Not only are they much cheaper, and they fact that they are hollow ensures that they wont hurt, but the smooth plastic on the outside makes them easy to sheath/unsheath. The main problem with the use of the n-force swords is that pulling them out of your belt-loop becomes horribly difficult when the friction on the foam keeps it from moving. The only drawback to the hollow plastic ones is that they arent very sturdy, but hey, we arent really going for pain/expecting too many dramatic sword fights, so that isnt too much of a problem.

Linky!Instead of N-Force, which my brother uses, I made/use a great sword with Ragnornock's build. Heavy, slow, and virtually painless, I like it.
Whats Ragnorocks build?

My local nerd house had someone who sold them, calling them boffers. I've got one that I'll take a picture of.
In no way to they not hurt. They just don't leave any damage or welts to call child service on.
I imagine the N-force swords are similar to the "pirate" foam swords that they have been selling for years at the dollar store, only with a rod up the blade, and higher quality.
If at first you don't succeed, add more epoxy.

(If I remember correctly) The last war I went to I did an Effeminate rush against 3 people and got 2 of them and chased down the third. I would have not been able to do this by just reloading my revolver.

Thats not a bad "looking" blade. But the tempering line is faked. I wouldn't attempt using that against a real blade unless you wanna see it get split in half.
Yeah I know, it's a Bud-K sword, full tang, but drop forged most likely. I've just always wanted to say that. Crocodile Dundee was one of my favorite movie/movies when I was a kid. He said knife, but close enough.

Their called Nforce swords. DUMB ASSSwords are the fucking shit. Only Nerf swords are official, but I have an ass-load of homemade foam weapons (our homemades are better). I use non-projectile weapons almost one third of the time. The N-Strike swords are worth it if you can't make them for some odd reason.

Watch your mouth newbie. Br1 is still relatively new as well, and made a simple mistake. You, however are just being a bitch. Your sentence structure and spelling are atrocious. Go focus on your English homework (likely Remedial 6th Grade Reading), and come back when you pass the class. Until then, shut the fuck up.

The aperature sight attachment on the Recon works well if you have it. You can just slide it on.If you were to integrate a lightsaber/sword into a gun it wouldn't it be a bayonet now? Then we could run around yelling BANNNZZZAAAIII!
(I forgot to take a picture of my own poppers)
Every size rod you could ever want.
