It's going to rain on saturday, and will most likely rain tomorrow. I know we should still do this, but what do we change now? Would everyone be down for a muddy rainy nerf war?

MudFTW! I am bringing two pairs of sneakers and a pair of boots as well as a heavy and light rain coat. I am down. Plus it has been raining here and the fields are still in good condition. Does anyone have any cover to bring? Both rain cover and like bunkers.

i have a super shitty kneeling post that looks like this /-\ but with cardboard and a peek hole, plus a 3 inch by 3 inch hole in the center for the lulz.

If it is raining we will not be able to use the Campus for nerf. The school doesn't want to be held reliable for any of us getting hurt from slippery conditions or any other weather related issues. This is completely out of my hands.

Personally I have no desire to play outside in rain since I'm sick, but yea...

I cannot change at all. Could we possibly play in the gym of the colledge? The forcast shows 70% chance of rain early in the day, followed by overcast clouds. Will the school let us play if it doesn't rain too hard?

Just bring rain gear and we will be good. We can always move to a neary by location if need be as well, if it starts raining and they kick us.

I am with you, lets do it tomorrow. Dress WARM. It is only going to be about 35 with wind chill. It will also be windy with gusts up to 20. Now its only a 30% chance of precip though.

1. I need a good amount of prior warning to reserve any gym space. So that is out.

2. Waivers that would free the school of any liabilities would take a few weeks to write up and would have to be signed by a notary public.

3. I talked to them today and the campus center people, who are the ones we have to go through for this, would rather us just change the time or date.

Changing the date is not an option for me. It certainly is too late for any changes like that, anyway. Just have a few backup locations ready if the college will not let us play.

It's begun to thunder and lightning, and I don't feel that it would be in anyones best interest to still hold the war. I don't know what else to tell you guys. I'm sorry, I was looking forward to this war, I've been modding all day. Hopefully I will consult Fenix for a future date, possibly late May or early June, for the indoor gym. Once again, I'm sorry. Well guy we are going to hosting a few games down at the pinebanks field this summer and next fall we will be renting out the Larger gym and holding the second SSC-nerf game
