Well even if it's smaller then expected, at least I'll be able to get in some experience for the upcoming bigger wars next month

And I'll finally be able to see some of those classic guns too!! Perhaps even a xbow or a +bow in person!!

That was definitely the most unique nerf war I’ve ever been to.
Silencer and I basically hijacked the war after the two hosts got banned.
To sum up the war, it was shear chaos.
Silencer and I were the only people with actual war experience so the rules didn’t really apply to everyone; it was basically an uphill battle all day trying to get the game running smoothly.
We convinced a group of lacrosse players to join us during the war.
Shortly after 3 friends of the lacrosse players joined us.

Highlights:
-First war where my gun didn’t break, everything of mine worked flawlessly.
-Silencer and I dramatizing every aspect of the war
-Doing an amazing slide to fire on Silencer only to end up facing a wall
-Team stray dogs idea for a round where Silencer and I played against the six of them where they had "infinite" lives and we only had 3 each. Needless to say, we won.
-Winning capture the flag with firing only one shot.
-Explaining to a cop that we were not paintballers, only to have his backup arrive and the first cop having to explain the situation to him.
-Explaining to some concerned meathead parent that his children were in no danger a few hundred feet away from the maximum range of any guns, and fearing for my life.
-Asking just about everyone passing through the park if they would like to join.
-Literally doubling our roster mid war by asking completely random people in the park if they wanted to play.
-Some of the extremely new people were actually good and I had a great time playing against them.
-Getting hit in the ear by one of the extremely new guys
-Wonderful one on one battles with silencer all day, some completely to escape the rest of the war, with no real point

-To a group of minors smoking in the nearby woods –
Me- “You guys wanna play?”
Smokers- “What are they”
Me- “Nerf guns, they are more fun than cigarettes”
Smokers- “Umm… no”
Me- “Common guys, it’s really fun, and cool too, all the cool kids are doing it”
(I really hope one of them saw the irony)

-To a group of highschoolers getting ready to play Frisbee-
Me- “You guys wanna join, its a lot of fun”
Some chick - “Who the fuck are you guys? Where are you from”
Me- “I’m from New York…”
Some chick - “What the fuck!?”
Me- (as they are walking away)”Common its better than Frisbee!”

-To three guys about to play tennis-
Me- “You guys wanna play with some toy guns”
Them- (after walking over and inspecting our “firearms”) “Nah I think we will just play tennis”

I hope to see some of the new guys at BCNO this April.

The new new players, (lacrosse guys), taking out skitzo and three others in a 4 v 2.

Team Stray Dogs- "How much for this gun?"
Me- "I'm not letting go of any of my guns..."
Team Stray Dogs- "50 dollars"
Me- "No..."
Team Stray Dogs- "How bout a trade"
Me- (Jokingly exaggerated) "I'M KEEPING ALL OF MY FUCKING GUNS!"
Team Stray Dogs- (Completely serious) "Dude chill out"

Silencer- "Everyone ready!?... Wait, where the fuck is he going"
Me- "I think he needs to get another gun"

Me- (Hysterically sobbing) "Silencer all I want to do is play with plastic guns, why won't they let me!?"

Silencer-"I've figured it out, Boom is the mastermind!"

Me- Stray dogs said we were using only "sidearms" this round?
Silencer- "This is my sidearm." (Holds up BBBB)

Me- "Silencer get behind me!"
Stray dogs- (coming around the corner to see me hunched over with Silencer about to get on my back for some Effeminate third person camera work) "What the fuck are you guys doing!?"
Me- "What are you trying to do Silencer, I said video tape me, not hump me."

Stray dogs clearing right behind me and shooting me in the back instantly with both barrels of a Splitfire.
Me- "That's kind of against the rules."
Stray dogs- "Oh..."
Me- "You should probably run..."
(This happened at least three times throughout the day, not by different people but by Stray dogs.)

Me- "Aren't you guys banned?"(Referring to Team Stray Dogs and Nerfer###)
Stray Dogs- "Yeah but its easy to get back in, we are going to use some proxies and ip changers. We are quite the computer hackers."

Me- (After being shot and falling to the ground) "Silentsnipe I'm down, I need help!"
Silencer- (From 150' away) "It's Silencer, not Silentsnipe!"
Me- "Get your ass over here I'm wounded!"

Comparisons of Forsaken Angel to Chuck Norris and Billy Mayes along with Leroy Jenkins and "It's over 9000" references.

It seems like everything said and done at this war, at least by Silencer and I had extremely sarcastic
undertones.
