I was wondering if anyone new an easy way of how to load the LS singly without the clip. But I do not want to single it because I may want to use the clip.

Very, very simple, Pull it back, put a dart in from the bottom.

Anyway, Unless you either Load it from the bottom,Top or through the barrel while it's cocked, No.
But, Those are just some suggestions,
Try modding it, That is unless your not THAT experienced, Then don't try it with a Longshot.

Just slide the bullet/dart down the barrel and then cock it, it'll suck the bullet/dart into the chamber and it'll be ready to fire.

Wow... there are so many reasons why that would not work.

You could cut a big part of the top off and have easier access to the barrel, but that would involve destroying a good part of your LS.

Warning: This method may damage darts.

Cock it back, open the access door, and carefully fit the dart into the chamber. Easier said than done, but it works if you know how. (I wouldn't suggest it if you've removed the AR)

The easiest way is just to cock it, (which causes the dart stopper to retract) and then drop the dart down the barrel, and ramrod it in tight. This works on the Recon too.

I find the clips easier. If you don't single it it is hard to single load the darts. Like you can already see, it involves manually placing the dart on the peg.

I'm curious why you want to do this. It seems like what you're asking for is how to get all of the penalties of singling it without any of the benefits.

On topic, I think the best way to do this would be to just push it down the barrel when it's cocked, as others have said.

I clip-singled my longshot easily. You cut off the little dart guide on top of the bolt, and use the clip to hold a dart as you load it. On mine though, I put a stub of 17/32 brass to seal to a thinwall petg barrel.

By using a clip to hold the dart, I mean that you have an empty clip in, and use it to guide a dart in the bolt. Put the dart in through the jam door.
