On the boltsled of the longshot, after it joins together at the back, there is a long piece sticking out of the back that is catching on something when I try to prime it. I looked at the picture of the internals, and it looks like it is for a useless safety feature, but I am not quite sure if I need it. Will it fuck it up if I cut it off?
Thanks in advance

I don't THINK you need it. Hereticorp cut it off on his LS. I'm not sure if he cut it off though, because he was using a shotgun foregrip. Before cutting it off I suggest PMing him.

I can answer that. Don't cut it off if you are using the stock priming mech. If you use a shotgun grip, cut it, but if not, leave it. I cut it off of my Lancer to make room for a battery, and it makes it weird to prime.

You are having trouble with the bolt's lock. I have trouble with that almost every time. Just take out the little bolt lock piece that it's catching on and it will work fine.
